When my husband and I wanted to find out what we would need to do to buy a home, my friend recommended we contact Courtney. She was responsive and friendly right off the bat and was flexible to meet our scheduling needs. From the first appointment, we knew we made the right choice. She came prepared and walked us through what to expect for the entire home-buying process. My husband and I loved that Courtney was always available to answer questions and we could also use her resources to search for properties we wanted to see. We just sent her the addresses and she set everything up. It couldn't have been easier. She is extremely knowledgeable and showed us what to look for and what questions to ask the sellers so that we could make an informed decision. Courtney also relieved so much pressure for us by providing recommendations for a lender, an attorney, and an inspector. When we ultimately decided to put down an offer on our home, we felt like we could trust Courtney's guidance completely. We ended up buying a home we love and feel confident Courtney got us the best deal.
