My husband and I had the pleasure of being introduced to Courtney when we moved back to Chicago in 2019. It was a hectic time with changing jobs and moving. She made the experience amazing. Without her attention to detail and experience, we wouldn't have landed in a good place. Courtney has stayed in touch ever since. We recently decided to sell, to tackle the next phase of life and didn't think twice about needing to find a realtor. Courtney did a phenomenal job getting our home sold quickly and above asking price. We followed all her coaching, on recommended list price and staging for pictures/showings, and are grateful that we did. She's top notch, and will continue to be our go to realtor and referral for others.

When my husband and I wanted to find out what we would need to do to buy a home, my friend recommended we contact Courtney. She was responsive and friendly right off the bat and was flexible to meet our scheduling needs. From the first appointment, we knew we made the right choice. She came prepared and walked us through what to expect for the entire home-buying process. My husband and I loved that Courtney was always available to answer questions and we could also use her resources to search for properties we wanted to see. We just sent her the addresses and she set everything up. It couldn't have been easier. She is extremely knowledgeable and showed us what to look for and what questions to ask the sellers so that we could make an informed decision. Courtney also relieved so much pressure for us by providing recommendations for a lender, an attorney, and an inspector.
