Courtney was outstanding in managing the completion of a number of small to medium improvement tasks that were required for the optimum sale of my residence which I did not complete myself prior to leaving Chicago due to employment.  Courtney's total management of those issues was way above and beyond what I expected an agent to provide.  She was outstanding with this work prior to the sale and also was excellent once the property went on the market.  I am extremely happy with all of the things Courtney did to make this sale a success.  I had considered one other agent with another agency and I know he never would have dealt with the finishing touches issues as well as Courtney did.  I cannot say enough about how happy she made us in spite of the fact that we were devastated to have to sell our Chicago home due to employment opportunities.   Every part [of the experience] was great. Courtney recommended an attorney who was great.  Everything went well.  I would not hesitate to recommend both Courtney and Baird and Warner.

My experience with Courtney has been outstanding. She always had a good sense when someone was serious about the property I sold. She was great at providing feedback to me about some things I needed to get worked out with my building's property management company. I do not believe there was anything you could have done to make things go more smoothly. We had two buyers sign contracts only to back out. Those things happen, and with Courtney's guidance we managed through them and found a qualified buyer shortly after.

Courtney did a great job filtering places she felt I would be interested in.  After seeing several places she knew the style of place I was looking for.  Because there was not a lot of inventory on the market she was very clear that we would need to act quickly on some properties if they were the one.  My experience working with Courtney was very positive both as a seller and as a buyer.  I will not hesitate working with her in the future if the need arises. I don't feel there was anything more Courtney could have done to improve my experience. I will pass along Courtney's information to those interested in buying or selling in the future.

My sister, who owned the apt before me, referred me to Courtney. Courtney hops to action with little notice. She is quick to respond and flexibly mobile (meaning "Can I get your keys? Where are you?" And she was at my house in Bucktown within the hour to grab the apt keys.). She has also been creative and helpful with executing documents for my strict management office, using technology to our advantage, like Docusign. She's great and trustworthy. Thanks
