She helped us get out of our house very quickly. (As in, listed on Thursday and two offers by Sunday... with an accepted offer by Monday noon!) We had three people come and look at our home, and chose Courtney as she was the person we were most comfortable with, and she didn't disappoint. She gave simple steps to stage our home, and then took care of everything to get it up and on the market in our tight timeframe.

Courtney helped us buy our first home and we could not have been more pleased. She was always upfront and honest in her advice, which due to her experience in the field, was detailed and well-informed. She clearly knows the Chicago market and has been doing this long enough that she's pretty much seen it all. We already knew the general neighborhood we wanted when we started. We also had a few "must haves" on our list, but she really helped us figure out all the rest of the details we hadn't considered or didn't encounter during our time renting. We never felt rushed even though we were worried about moving too fast for our first purchase. And despite all of the curve balls that the process inevitably throws you, she never became flustered or frustrated. Just rolled with the punches, either because we added another condition or our list, or from the difficulties dealing with the seller. We're still happy with our purchase and hope to stay here for the foreseeable future, but if we needed a realtor again for any purpose I would use Courtney again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend
