Courtney is awesome. She has always been imminently knowledgeable and responsive and instills a great deal of confidence and ease in what could be a very difficult process. Maybe most noteworthy is that she gets unsolicited high accolades from everyone else in the process, including the brokers and lawyers across the table. She is a great broker.

Becky was an absolute joy to work with when finding our apartment! Between two girls we had our fair share of qualities we were looking for (close to an L, safe neighborhood, location walkable to bars, restaurants, grocery stores, etc.). She did an excellent job of bringing us options that fit all of our needs within our price range. During our hunt she was always willing to answer questions (in a timely manner) no matter how silly they may have been. Becky went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with the space and decision we were making. After moving four times in four years I'm not looking to move again anytime soon, but if I do, Becky will be the first person I call!

"Let's get real. We all know how awful the rental process is here in Chicago. From Craigslist to Apartments.com, going solo to find the right apartment at the right price at the right time is frustrating and time-consuming. That's where Courtney comes in. Courtney is ah-mazing. After a couple of weeks of frustrating emails and calls with rental properties, I turned to Courtney to help me with my search. My parameters for bedrooms & price were pretty specific, and my timeline was pretty short. That didn't phase Courtney. Instead, she handled everything like the Wonder Woman Pro that she is. Courtney was helping me to find an apartment twice over the last 3 years. Both times my timelines were quite tight and the requirements were extensive (I was looking for 1/2 bedroom place in the city with parking and long must-have list of amenities). Courtney is very skilled, professional and intuitive - she immediately understood what I was looking for! None of the apartments shown were a waste of time. She always listened to my feedback and needs, which made our collaboration very effective! She managed to find a new home for me in a record time (4 business days). She also managed to get the new home with in my budget range! Courtney was brilliant in negotiations.
