Courtney Welsch

Courtney has the ability to assess her buyer’s needs and provide an appropriate portfolio of available real estate. In our case, she took our vague descriptions of what we were looking for,and showed us places that not only met all of our criteria, but covered things we hadn’t even considered. We thought we knew what we needed in a home, but knew little about the city’s neighborhoods. Courtney helped us locate properties in areas that were affordable, and perfect for our lifestyle. In the year since we moved in we have discovered that we live in a vibrant neighborhood that fits our lifestyle. - Mary Elfring
