Courtney helped us buy our first home and we could not have been more pleased. She was always upfront and honest in her advice, which due to her experience in the field, was detailed and well-informed. She clearly knows the Chicago market and has been doing this long enough that she's pretty much seen it all. We already knew the general neighborhood we wanted when we started. We also had a few "must haves" on our list, but she really helped us figure out all the rest of the details we hadn't considered or didn't encounter during our time renting. We never felt rushed even though we were worried about moving too fast for our first purchase. And despite all of the curve balls that the process inevitably throws you, she never became flustered or frustrated. Just rolled with the punches, either because we added another condition or our list, or from the difficulties dealing with the seller. We're still happy with our purchase and hope to stay here for the foreseeable future, but if we needed a realtor again for any purpose I would use Courtney again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend

She initially assessed our potential offering and quickly provided a thorough comparative study of our market to help us determine our value as we prepared to relocate. I thought I had made appropriate improvements to prepare our unit for market. Courtney re-assessed the market ready feel of our home, recommending minor adjustments. Her advice was excellent. She facilitated last minute improvements and produced outstanding photographs for the listing. She gave us excellent market rate advice on the day of listing.
